BOOKING FEE
A booking fee is required for all treatments, which is fully redeemable against your treatment. All booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
PAYMENT
Your booking fee will be deducted from your treatment price. The remaining balance for treatment will be taken on the day of your appointment.
MEDICAL HISTORY
Prior to your appointment you will be sent a medical consent form. We ask that all medical information is disclosed this is so that we can ensure the treatment you have chosen is right for you. The medical form is there to assess it's safe to carry out your chosen procedure and to rule out potential contra-indications. If you are currently on medication (listed or non-listed on the medical form) please disclose this as you may need to consult with your GP. Please be as truthful as possible when filling out the medical consultation form, your safety and well being is of upmost importance to us.
STRICTLY OVER 18'S
To qualify for treatment at LJAesthetics you must be 18 or over. Please bring photo I.D with you on the day of your appointment. Upon attending your appointment if you cannot prove your age with a valid I.D treatment will be refused and we will need to re-schedule your treatment.
CLINIC RULES.
Please arrive alone to your appointment in line with current COVID 19 guidelines. Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late to your appointment could result in having to re-schedule.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can re-schedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointment After the 48 hour period if you wish to cancel you will lose your booking fee.
